4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. All prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payment terms are:

• New customers: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance before delivery
• Established customers: Net 30 days payment terms available upon credit approval
• International orders: Full payment before shipment unless alternative arrangements are made

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery terms are specified in individual quotations and purchase orders. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Product Warranties

We warrant that our containers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, provided they are stored and used according to our specifications. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and degradation as part of the biodegradable process
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper storage
• Exposure to conditions outside recommended parameters

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from the sale or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Our proprietary biodegradable-plastic hybrid technology is protected by patents and trade secrets.

9. Force Majeure
